When should I book my corporate event photography?

It’s recommended you book your event photography at least 2 weeks in advance. While we do have several photographers and videographers available, we do get booked out especially for evening events.

Most companies engage us a few months in advance. As soon as you have rough numbers and the venue is booked, you can call us. We plan with you to see who is needed, and ensure our top people are booked in advance.

Once booked, we send you information on what to expect, so you can prepare and also liaise with the venue if needed.

So get in touch early, and get one thing out of the way.
