Dedicated Videography Coverage

With a dedicated roaming videographer, we capture the flow of your event as it happens; atmosphere, key moments, and genuine audience reactions.

We produce concise highlight films, social media shorts, and reels that reflect your brand, showcase the ambience, and extend the life of your event online.

When needed, we also record short guest comments (vox pops) and speaker remarks, and can film full keynote presentations or panel sessions for long-form use and internal communications.

Hybrid Videos

When a dedicated videographer is not practical, we can still capture useful video alongside photography, with some limitations. The result can be very effective while keeping costs down.

In this option, your photographer also records short video clips during key moments.

This works best for longer events where continuous coverage is not essential.

You may not capture every moment as comprehensively as with a full videography team, but you still gain strong material for simple highlight pieces created from a mix of stills and short video footage.

We regularly photograph and film events across Australia, from private ceremonies to charity galas with around 500 guests, and multi-day conferences with over 3000 delegates. We tailor coverage to your format, venue, and guest profile.

What is different about corporate event photography?

Corporate event photography is planned with business goals in mind. We focus on well-composed imagery that supports your brand, attracts delegates, and provides strong collateral to grow and promote future events.

Can you handle low-light or difficult venues?

Yes. We manage low-light and mixed lighting using professional cameras, lenses, and lighting. We then refine everything in post-production so your images still look clean, consistent, and professional.

Do you balance candid and posed images?

We stay aware of the event flow and anticipate key moments, capturing natural interactions without unflattering shots. When needed, we guide guests for relaxed posed images that still feel authentic and on-brand.

How fast will we receive our event photos/video?

For most events, we provide a same-day preview set for your immediate comms and social media, and deliver the full edited gallery within five business days, often sooner when schedules allow. Video timelines depend on scope; we agree on delivery dates with you before the event.
