How far ahead should we book our corporate event?

We understand that corporate events are very fluid and you may not have final details until very late in the game. This can make planning a challenge.

We have a group of hand-picked professional corporate event photographers who are ready to help you. To ensure that the right photographers or videographers are available For your conference or gala, we recommend that you book in as soon as you have confirmed that the event is going ahead.

Corporate clients usually book their conferences and galas at least 2-3 months in advance. Larger events are usually booked at least six months in advance.
