Composite Group Photos: Adapting for Changing Teams

Your team is the heart of your business. When clients visit your website, they’re not just browsing for products; they’re seeking connection. And that connection starts with the faces behind the brand – the faces of your team.

As teams evolve, you will need updates to your team portraits. In this world of remote work and flexible schedules, assembling the entire staff for that perfect team shot is not always feasible. This is where composite team portraits come in.

Composite Corporate Team Photos

Composite group photos are created from individual portraits taken during your business headshot session. Each composite team portrait session is carefully planned, so that we end up with a harmonious, seamless group in the end.

During your headshot session, we capture an additional 3/4 body shot for each team member. Each photograph is planned and shot carefully, with consistent lighting and angles. We extract each of these portraits, and weave them into a single team photo.

The source of the virtual group shot are these individual portraits. Each person’s pose, expression, and lighting are carefully considered to show off their best. The great thing is that you can also use these individual portraits for editorials, profiles, and marketing.

You can create an all-staff photo as well as individual divisions such as leadership/sales/support team photos from these portraits. Some companies create several poses per team member, to allow more flexibility when creating the composites.

Team Updates

Staff come and go, but we always have your live team template ready. When someone leaves or you have new staff, we weave our magic and create a new team portrait. Only the new staff need to capture portraits in the same style as before.

For example here two staff in the middle have been replace with new team members, without having to gather the whole team in the office again.

Background Replacements

Once you are happy with your team portrait, we can also replace the background with an office view. As with all background replacements, attention is paid to angles and sizing. The result is a natural looking vibrant team in the office.

At Executive Images, we help modern companies show off their most important asset – their staff. With composite team photos, you have a flexible tool to deal with ever changing staff and team makeup.
